Returns Policy:
We know you’re going to love your CoBELL Candles purchase, but should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us no longer than 7 days after delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item at scents@cobellcandles.com. Upon review of the issue, items will be replaced if they are found defective or damaged. We want you to love everything you receive from us and want to keep you as a loyal customer.
Scent Preference
Choosing a fragrance without smelling it first is a leap of faith, and we respect that. Every CoBELL scent is described in careful detail throughout our website — fragrance notes, character, mood, and the story behind it — so you can shop with confidence. Because fragrance is deeply personal, we are not able to accept returns based on scent preference alone. Not sure about a scent? We offer two candle sizes — try the smaller size first and fall in love before committing to the larger one or reach out to us with questions or recommendations at scents@cobellcandles.com.

All CoBELL Extrait de Parfum Rollerball purchases are final sale. Due to the intimate nature of a skin-contact product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on rollerballs once they have left our hands.

Our Extrait de Parfum Rollerball fragrances are described in careful detail on our website — fragrance notes, character, mood, and the story behind each scent — giving you every opportunity to find your perfect match before you purchase. For even more insight, each rollerball scent has a corresponding candle with its own full fragrance description. We’ve done everything we can to bring these scents to life on the page. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns based on scent preference.
Every CoBELL order is meticulously packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and unbroken. However, in the event an Extrait de Parfum Rollerball or CoBELL candle arrives damaged, please contact us at scents@cobellcandles.com no longer than 7 days after delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item in question.
